Property Management – Digital & Full Service
Patriot Family Homes offers two property management packages tailored to your needs. The Digital Only package covers all digital management, such as pre- and post-reservation guest messaging, smart pricing, cross-platform listing, taxes, accounting, and recommendations for improving your listing. The Full Service package includes all the Digital Only services, plus guest interaction management, in-stay issue resolution, cleaning, restocking amenities, and maintenance and repairs. Choose the package that suits you best, and let Patriot handle the day-to-day management maximizing your property’s performance.
